What you'll receive if accepted

For individual educators:

• Full Complete EIMI Teacher Training (your tier as awarded)

• Print or digital copy of Making Musicians (GIA Publications, 2025)

• The EIMI Reflection Journal

• 12 months access to the EIMI Teacher Community

• Documentation suitable for Oregon TSPC Continuing PDUs (or your state's equivalent)

For organizations:

• Training scaled to your scope as awarded

• Implementation coaching as appropriate

• Ongoing support relationship with IAMF as you build EIMI into your culture

We ask recipients to share, in their own time and on their own terms, what's working and what isn't. That's how we keep the program honest.

How we decide

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Decisions communicated within three weeks of submission.

We consider:

• Need — How tight is the gap between what your students get now and what they would get with EIMI?

• Fit — Does the EIMI framework match what you're actually trying to do?

• Implementation likelihood — Will the training actually reach kids? Do you have the time, structure, and support to apply it?

• Reach — How many students benefit, directly and over time?

We accept that we will not be able to say yes to everyone right away. The pool of recipients depends on what we can fund through our paid programs. If we can't accept your application this cycle, we'll tell you and we'll let you know when to reapply.
